Our Mission The Maitland Primrose Group is an international investment company dedicated to the acquisition of interesting assets including but not limited to the global media sector.
The Maitland Primrose Group relies on a variety of capital markets products to facilitate larger acquisitions and cash flow diversification. We use shareholders activism to promote a better business world and more ethical management practices. We define shareholders activism as the process of taking a financial interest in an enterprise for the purpose of pushing for positive and constructive change. Although we prefer to do so in partnership with the management and the shareholders of the entities we identify, we do not shy away from constructive confrontation with management who acts unethically and with poor regard for the interest of the stakeholders. We believe in setting an example, therefore, we position to make a positive impact on society while operating an ethical and profitable company for the benefit of our customers and stakeholders. We strive for efficiency in our business practices while establishing an enviable stage for the acquisition, funding and development of quality assets and content through multiple business platforms and sectors.
