Who We Are
Maitland Primrose Group (MPG) is an investment company based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
We are currently focusing our investments on real estate and professional sports development.
Historical Highlights
2003
Company's establishment.
Founded in 2003, MPG became successfully involved in a variety of business sectors both in the U.S. and Europe and has invested in a variety of businesses ranging from magazine publishing and filmed entertainment distribution to sport franchises and real estate.
From 2003 to 2011
MPG in the business of film and television.
MPG’s largest investment centered on developing the Moving Pictures brand in the business of film and television distribution, publishing, and events organization. In 2003, MPG purchased Moving Pictures Film and Television, a British and American media company. It sold those businesses to ICAP North America (ICAP Patent Brokerage) in 2008, but continued to manage the enterprise until June 2011, as part of the sale agreement.
From 2006 to 2013
MPG in the business of advisory services.
MPG provided capital markets and development advisory services to clients, both private and governmental, across the globe.
From 2008 to Present
Currently, real estate related investments and sports management are MPG’s primary focus.
