In 2020, MPI acquired a 40% stake in State 48 Futbol Club (S48FC). S48FC’s local, family-centered approach, backed by a national-level program and elite-level coaching, provides a positive playing and learning environment that fosters long-term player development and personal growth. This is what makes S48FC one of the best Arizona youth soccer programs.

Between 2020 and 2021, MPI acquired full ownership of Sporting Arizona Football Club (SAFC). Founded in 1989, SAFC is Arizona's professional development club. SAFC owns the “Sporting Arizona

FC” and the “Arizona Sahuaros FC” historical brands and trademarks. It fields teams, under both brands, in the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) and the Southwest Premier League (SWPL).

The foundation of SAFC's development model is to bring international talent to play in Arizona, and to showcase Arizona raised players internationally. MPI is a unique sports investment company as it offers athlete representation services in house. A FIFA Players’ Agent licensed serves as professional representative for SAFC and other teams’ athletes, helping promote their talents to future employers and representing them throughout the contract negotiation process. MPI’s principal also serve as a liaison between the athletes themselves and their financial affairs and legal teams.

In January 2025, MPI sold its soccer holdings in SAFC and S48FC to the Valenzuela family.

MPI continues to provide FIFA players' agency services to professional athletes and to amateur players seeking professional contracts.
